Biophysical environment

This biophysical environmental analysis performs a hierarchical cluster computation in order to characterise the area based on the following parameters:
ADG: Absorption Coefficient of colored detrital matter at 443nm (m^-1)
BBP: particulate backscatter coefficient at 443nm (m^-1)
CHLA : Sea surface Chlorophyll-a concentration (mg.m^-3 (log10))
KD: Diffuse attenuation coefficient at 490nm (m^-1)
OXY: Mole concentration of dissolved molecular oxygen in sea water (mmol m-3)
SAL: Sea water salinity (1e-3)
SST: Sea Surface temperature (°C)
